Charlotte has been a lifesaver for my Amazon business. I have two Amazon USA accounts as well as a European one covering sales in UK, Germany, Italy and Spain. Before she took over the bookkeeping, it was all done on a cash basis, without any accruals or Amazon income earned and not received. As a result, getting the true picture every month was very hard. She updated everything to accrual account and so the accuracy of the accounts means I can really understand how the business is going. Charlotte is very professional and easy to deal with. I live in Australia and she lives in the UK and despite that communication was quick and easy - so living anywhere in the world is not a barrier.
